SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once an item is branded with your logo and design, it cannot be returned. If the product is faulty, damaged or does not match the approved proof (wrong colour, print error) you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Any damaged, missing or faulty products must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery quoting your order number and photographic evidence.​ All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Your sign off on the artwork proof is crucial. It is your agreement to print so inspect carefully before approval. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from customer-supplied artwork, data, or specifications, including spelling, layout, or design errors that were approved prior to production.

We deliver orders within the United Kingdom using trusted courier services. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Where available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure that your delivery address is provided correctly. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost as a result of incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched.

We do not offer exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and confirmed. All items are produced and supplied based on the details provided at the time of purchase, and for this reason, exchanges are not available. We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all product information, specifications, and any approvals or proofs before completing an order. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to help. Orders affected by delays, delivery issues, or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout are not eligible for exchange. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unchanged.
